Challenge
HarrisTeam needed a brand that wouldn't scare away first-time homebuyers. Most mortgage companies look too serious or unprofessional. They needed something right in the middle.
My Approach
I looked at what first-time buyers actually worry about and designed around that. Made a logo that feels solid but friendly, then built a website that explains things simply without confusing mortgage terms.
Outcome
The brand works for their customers. It looks professional enough to trust with a big loan but feels human enough to actually call. The website gets people to contact them because it answers questions instead of creating confusion.
